Transactional Associate Attorney Position

Ready for a change? A well-respected firm is looking to add an associate to work alongside its senior attorneys on corporate matters.  The position offers the opportunity to receive regular mentoring, work in a collaborative environment, participate in complex planning and transactions, and frequently interact with business owners and high-net-worth individuals.

Responsibilities and Duties Include:

• Creation of business entities
• Advising clients regarding corporate governance, tax, and business succession planning
• Representing clients in mergers & acquisitions, financings, and real estate transactions

Requirements:

• Member in good standing of the Florida Bar
• 3+years of experience as a transactional attorney and M&A
• Ability to interact comfortably with business owners and c-suite executives; strong drafting skills; highly team-oriented
• Prior knowledge and experience in the areas of corporate governance, succession planning, tax, mergers & acquisitions, financing, or real estate is preferred
