Audit Supervisor

Location: Camp Hill, PA

Schedule: In Office to Hybrid

Position Overview

Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Audit Supervisor to join the team. This role offers the opportunity to lead engagements, mentor staff, and build meaningful client relationships while working in a flexible and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements from planning through completion

• Supervise and review work prepared by staff and seniors

• Serve as a primary client contact throughout engagements

• Identify accounting, internal control, and compliance matters

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

• Mentor and develop junior team members

Qualifications

• 4+ years of public accounting audit experience required

• Not-for-profit and/or governmental audit experience highly preferred

• CPA not required; financial assistance and support provided for candidates pursuing licensure

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and audit standards

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
