8+ Years Corporate Attorney (Senior-Level) – Lexington, KY     

Seeking a Corporate Associate with 8+ years of solid corporate law experience to work in our Lexington Office. The Candidate should have significant mergers and acquisitions experience.  Superior client communication, writing, research, computer, and organizational skills are a must. Portable Book of Business is Required.

Background Requirements:

• 8 Years minimum experience with general corporate matters and complex Mergers & Acquisition transactions preferred.
• Book of business required.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Kentucky.
• Must be able to handle cases from inception to conclusion.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.

Compensation: Based on years of experience and the book of business you bring with you!
