Attorney (Multiple Practice Areas) – Boise, ID

Salary: $85,000 – $125,000 (DOE)

Practice Areas: Litigation, Transactional, and Estate Planning

A well-established law firm in downtown Boise is seeking highly motivated attorneys to join its Litigation, Transactional, and Estate Planning teams. This is a confidential search for professionals who thrive in a team-oriented, collaborative setting and are committed to delivering high-quality legal services.

Core Responsibilities

Depending on your area of expertise, responsibilities will include:

  • Litigation: Managing cases through all phases of discovery, motions practice, and trial preparation.

  • Transactional: Handling real estate matters and business entity formation/dissolution.

  • Estate Planning: Drafting and implementing comprehensive estate plans and related documents.

  • Performing high-level legal research and writing in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic client solutions.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: Substantial work experience in Litigation, Transactional Law (Real Estate/Business), or Estate Planning.

  • Licensure: Must be licensed to practice in Idaho or currently in the process of obtaining an Idaho license.

  • Skills: Strong legal writing and research capabilities; excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Competencies: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, meet strict deadlines, and maintain a high level of motivation in a collaborative office culture.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $85,000 – $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
