As a Lead Water Resource Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative water solutions

What you will be doing:

  • Lead complex project designs, esuring quality in delvierables
  • Work across planning, designing, permitting, and constrction phases
  • Support, mentor, and direct team members to eet project objectives
  • Collaborate across departments with leads and managers
  • Ensure best practices and guidelines fo technical excellence
  • Positive representation of the firm, maintaining relationships with clients and partners
  • Problem solving, trouble shooting, providing a quality product
  • Support and review work on junior to mid-level engineers
  • Monitoring projects from start to finish, interacting with clients

What you will need:

  • 8+ years of related experience in Engineering
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
  • Active P.E. licensure
  • 2+ years experience leading and managing teams or related supervisory role.
  • Strong technical understanding of civil egineering deisgn and Public Works.
  • Need the ability to coordinate with engineers, expertise in construction calculations and construction documentation
  • The mentality and motivation to provide quality work both effectively, and efficiently
  • Knowledge of field instrumentation is a must, as well as technical, hydrologic and hydraulic software.
