What you will be doing:
- Lead complex project designs, esuring quality in delvierables
- Work across planning, designing, permitting, and constrction phases
- Support, mentor, and direct team members to eet project objectives
- Collaborate across departments with leads and managers
- Ensure best practices and guidelines fo technical excellence
- Positive representation of the firm, maintaining relationships with clients and partners
- Problem solving, trouble shooting, providing a quality product
- Support and review work on junior to mid-level engineers
- Monitoring projects from start to finish, interacting with clients
What you will need:
- 8+ years of related experience in Engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- Active P.E. licensure
- 2+ years experience leading and managing teams or related supervisory role.
- Strong technical understanding of civil egineering deisgn and Public Works.
- Need the ability to coordinate with engineers, expertise in construction calculations and construction documentation
- The mentality and motivation to provide quality work both effectively, and efficiently
- Knowledge of field instrumentation is a must, as well as technical, hydrologic and hydraulic software.
