Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations
Administer and manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with internal policies and employment laws
Support management in performance evaluations, coaching, and development strategies
Lead or assist with recruitment, including job postings, screening, and interviews
Maintain accurate HR records and support internal communications and policy updates
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar role
Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
