Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations

  • Administer and manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with internal policies and employment laws

  • Support management in performance evaluations, coaching, and development strategies

  • Lead or assist with recruitment, including job postings, screening, and interviews

  • Maintain accurate HR records and support internal communications and policy updates

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar role

  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
