Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice in NJ & PA
- Defense Litigation Attorney
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in insurance defense/ insurance coverage
- Strong knowledge of insurance law and litigation procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in insurance defense cases, including personal injury, auto accidents, property damage, and commercial liability.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
- Negotiate settlements and provide strategic legal advice to clients.
- Manage a caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with clients, adjusters, and other team members to achieve favorable outcomes.
