A well-established boutique law firm in Houston is seeking experienced of-counsel attorneys to help manage a growing case volume for a new client in the South Texas/Eagle Ford Shale region.
This is a close-knit, collaborative team of attorneys who value both high-quality work and a relaxed, collegial culture. The firm offers flexibility, frequent team gatherings, and a supportive environment.
Position Details:
Location: In-office preferred (Houston), remote considered for strong attorneys outside of Houston
Schedule: Part-time or full-time, depending on workload and preference (no benefits)
Compensation:
10+ years’ experience: ~$ very competitive salary with those that have this experience
2–4 years’ experience: must have prior O&G experience, preferably as a landman
What We’re Looking For:
Strong background in oil & gas law, title work, and transactional matters
Ability to manage high case volume efficiently
Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
