About the Role:
We are seeking experienced, highly skilled Physician Assistants to join our general/medical dermatology practice. This is a privately owned clinic (non-private equity), ideal for someone confident in their skills, with a passion for delivering beautiful, natural results and growing a loyal patient base.

• Experience: 2–3 years of general dermatology required
• Competitive base salary (DOE)
• 5% monthly production revenue 
• $2,500 CME allowance annually
• 401(k): 5% employer match
• Opportunity to work independently within a collaborative team

About the practice:

• Highly PA-friendly environment with 14 current Pas
• Focus on general/medical dermatology (not cosmetic-only)
• Schedule: 4 days per week, 8-hour days
• 15-minute appointments
• No weekends or on-call duties for providers
• Three locations
