Job Title: Aesthetic Nurse Injector (NP/PA)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Aesthetic Injector to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a passion for facial aesthetics, a deep understanding of facial anatomy, and a commitment to providing natural-looking results while prioritizing patient safety. You will be responsible for performing consultations, administering neurotoxins and dermal fillers, and creating long-term treatment plans for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consultation & Assessment: Conduct thorough skin and facial structure assessments to determine patient goals and provide expert recommendations.

  • Treatment Administration: Perform injections of neurotoxins (e.g., Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers with precision and clinical excellence and also experience performing other procedures. (Chemical peels, dermaplaning, body contouring, lasers, etc)

  • Patient Education: Explain the benefits, risks, and aftercare requirements for all treatments to ensure informed consent.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed medical records and "before and after" photography for all procedures.

  • Safety Standards: Adhere to all clinical protocols, sanitation requirements, and emergency procedures to ensure a safe environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Licensure: Active [NP/PA] license in the state of Ohio.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical aesthetics and dermatological field. (Dermatology experience is a MUST)

  • Certification: Advanced training or certification in neurotoxins and filler injections is highly preferred.

  • Skills: Exceptional hand-eye coordination, a keen "aesthetic eye" for facial symmetry, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
