Field Service Engineer in Miamisburg

We’re growing and looking for a talented Field Service Engineer to join our team! This role focuses on installing, servicing, and calibrating Coordinate Measuring Machines. What You'll Do

As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our customers by ensuring their equipment operates at peak performance. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, maintain and calibrate systems, and collaborate with both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Service: Install, diagnose, and repair CMM systems at customer locations.
• Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and calibrations to ensure equipment reliability.
• Machine Rebuilds & Retrofits: Rebuild and upgrade equipment both on-site and at our facility.
• Customer Support: Provide technical assistance and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
• Professional Representation: Act as a knowledgeable and courteous representative of our company.

What We're Looking For

• Technical Knowledge: Experience with mechanical, electrical, computer, and software systems.
• Problem-Solving Skills: A hands-on, proactive approach to diagnosing and resolving issues.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with customers and team members.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Physical Readiness: Capability to move equipment from vehicles to customer facilities.
• Willingness to Travel: Availability to travel extensively as required - up to 90%
