We are currently working with an expanding company in Providence County, RI, in the Industrial Machinery and equipment industry, which is seeking a qualified Regional Service Manager.

• Promote sales and installations of retrofits, digital services, and consumables.
• Plan field service visits and ensure that issues are resolved effectively.
• Plan machine audits and customer training as well as production support.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Plan and coordinate daily service operations.
• Develop and implement service policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
• Prefer someone familiar with Flexographic printing presses, or Flexographic printing process.
• German language is preferred, but the right candidate is not required
• Engineering or technical degree. Preferably an Electrical Engineering background, but would also be ok with a Mechanical Engineering background
• This would be an office job so we would require the person to be located in RI/MA/CT area close enough to be in the office 3 days a week.
• At least 5 years of working experience. Preference would be 10 years of working experience with at least 2 years in flexographic printing.
This is an on-site position.
The salary is $110-130k DOE; a year-end bonus could be 10 to 15%.
