Job Title: Family Law Attorney

Location: Covington, KY

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Family Law Attorney to join our Covington office. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of litigation experience and a strong background managing cases from investigation through resolution. This role provides the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload, work directly with clients, and gain significant courtroom experience in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, abuse and neglect and adoption.

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and other court filings.

• Develop case strategies and provide practical, solution-oriented advice to clients.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to achieve efficient and favorable results.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

• Admission to the Kentucky Bar (or eligibility to waive in).

• Minimum of 2 years of family law experience.

• Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills.

• Ability to manage multiple matters independently while meeting deadlines.

• Commitment to client service, professionalism, and teamwork.
