Position Overview:
The company is seeking a skilled Logistics/Supply Chain Specialist to join the team. This role will be responsible for supporting, analyzing, and optimizing the full spectrum of supply chain operations—from procurement and inventory control to distribution logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze supply chain data and workflows to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvement
Support and enhance inventory management and logistics processes
Utilize ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and supply chain software to manage daily operations
Collaborate cross-functionally with production, procurement, and warehouse teams
Assist in strategic planning related to vendor relationships, transportation, and warehouse capacity
Qualifications:
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management (food manufacturing preferred)
Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
