About the Firm

We are partnering with a respected personal injury law firm in Providence, RI, known for its dedication to client advocacy and professional excellence. The firm is expanding its team and looking for two Paralegals with strong experience in personal injury litigation to support their busy and growing practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys in all phases of personal injury cases, including discovery, trial preparation, and settlement.
  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
  • Maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines.
  • Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel.
  • Prepare exhibits, medical chronologies, and trial binders.
  • Perform administrative support duties related to case management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in personal injury law (paralegal or legal assistant role).
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
