Job Description

Established law firm is seeking an experienced Trust & Estate Attorney to join its thriving practice. The ideal candidate for this position will have 3 to 8 years of experience in estate planning, trust and estate administration and advising high net worth clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive advice to clients on estate planning and estate and trust administration.
• Draft trusts, wills, powers of attorney and related documents.
• Collaborate with other practice areas and third-party service providers to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients.
• Develop and implement wealth preservation and beneficial tax strategies.
• Maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent service and communication.

Requirements: 

• 3-8 years of experience in estate planning and trust and estate administration.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with high-net-worth clients on routine and complex matters. 
• Strong analytical, research, and document drafting skills.
• Member of the Florida bar in good standing.
