Job Description

A well-regarded mid-size law firm is seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney to join its Philadelphia office. This is a fully in-office position based in Philadelphia, PA.

What you'll do:

• Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and reports to carriers and clients
• Take and defend depositions and handle court appearances
• Work closely with partners, clients, and claims professionals

What you'll bring:

• 3-10 years of insurance defense experience
• Active Pennsylvania bar license (required)
• Strong writing, research, and case management skills
