Mitigation Branch Manager

We are seeking an experienced Mitigation Branch Manager to lead operations. This role is ideal for a restoration professional who understands mitigation work firsthand and is ready to step into a leadership position.

Important: Management experience alone is not sufficient. Candidates must have prior mitigation/restoration experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the mitigation branch

  • Lead and support mitigation and contents teams

  • Ensure jobs are executed efficiently, safely, and to standard

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with:

    • Customers

    • Insurance adjusters

    • Third-party vendors and partners

  • Monitor job progress, documentation, and quality control

  • Support estimating, scheduling, and operational workflows

  • Drive accountability, performance, and team development

Required Experience:

  • 3+ years of mitigation/restoration experience

  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience within mitigation or restoration

  • Mitigation experience is required (contents experience strongly preferred)

  • Strong understanding of mitigation processes, job flow, and emergency response

  • Ability to manage people, processes, and client relationships

Software Experience:

  • Xactimate (required)

  • Symbility experience is a plus
