Escrow Officer 

A well-established and growing company I’m partnered with is looking to add an experienced Escrow Officer to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in managing files from start to finish and delivering a smooth, professional closing experience for all parties involved.

The Escrow Officer will be responsible for overseeing the entire escrow process, including document preparation, client communication, and ensuring all financial and legal requirements are completed accurately prior to closing and disbursement.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage escrow files from pre-closing through closing and post-closing

  • Prepare deeds, escrow instructions, title documents, and closing packages

  • Review and balance closing disclosures and final statements with lenders

  • Coordinate with clients, agents, and lenders to ensure timely closings

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper handling of all funds

  • Provide a high level of customer service throughout the transaction process

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Title & Escrow experience

  • Ability to manage files independently from open to close

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work well in a team environment

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple files at once

  • Professional, dependable, and customer-focused

Salary: $80,000 – $130,000
