Trust & Estate Paralegal – Boston, MA
A respected and well-established firm is seeking an experienced Trust & Estate Paralegal to join its growing private wealth practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who values client service, organization, and long-term stability within a collaborative and sophisticated environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assist attorneys with trust administration, including asset collection, beneficiary communications, and trust funding
- Support probate matters from initiation through closing, including preparation and filing of court documents
- Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives
- Coordinate with financial institutions, accountants, and clients to facilitate asset transfers and distributions
- Maintain organized case files and manage deadlines to ensure timely administration
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in trusts and estates
- Hands-on experience with trust administration, probate, and estate planning support
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with estate planning or probate software is a plus
