- Position: Civil Project Manager (Demolition & Site Development)
- Location: Nashville, TN
- Salary Range: $110,000–$150,000+ per year (based on experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage civil construction and heavy civil projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, cost control, change orders, and monthly billing.
- Coordinate site development activities including earthwork, grading, utilities, paving, and demolition.
- Communicate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel.
- Mentor junior team members like Project Engineers.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years managing civil construction or site development projects.
- Skills: Strong background in earthwork, grading, infrastructure, and demolition coordination.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Software: Familiarity with Procore, Primavera P6, HCSS, Viewpoint, or Microsoft Project is a plus.
