Business Developer – Commercial Construction
A rapidly growing Atlanta-based commercial general contractor has expanded into the Dallas market and is seeking an experienced Business Developer to help drive continued growth in DFW.
This is an opportunity to join a company with strong leadership, an established reputation, and aggressive expansion plans. They are looking for someone who understands how to build relationships in the commercial construction space and can help establish and grow their Dallas presence.

Established general contractor with strong success in the Southeast
Recently launched Dallas office as part of strategic expansion
Specializes in a variety of commercial sectors
Backed by experienced leadership and operational support
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for the Dallas market
Build and maintain relationships with owners, developers, brokers, architects, and industry partners
Identify and pursue new project opportunities
Support preconstruction and leadership teams during proposal and interview processes
Represent the company at networking events and industry functions
Track pipeline activity and maintain CRM reporting
