Litigation Attorney – Civil Litigation

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to build long-term career growth within a respected firm.
Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including hearings, depositions, and trials
Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategy
Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
Work directly with clients, opposing counsel, and witnesses to gather facts and prepare cases
Provide practical legal advice and guidance throughout the litigation process
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active California Bar license in good standing
2–7 years of civil litigation experience
Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with a team
Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple matters
