Job Description

We are seeking a Bilingual Safety Coordinator to help drive a culture of safety and compliance across multiple facilities. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce and deliver engaging training and safety programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and enforce compliance with OSHA, EPA, and internal safety standards

  • Conduct safety audits, inspections, and hazard assessments across facilities

  • Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented

  • Deliver bilingual safety training (orientation, equipment safety, PPE usage, etc.)

  • Act as the primary contact for safety matters between employees and supervisors

  • Maintain safety records including injury logs, inspections, and training documentation

  • Coordinate emergency response procedures and safety drills

  • Support workers’ compensation reporting and return-to-work processes

  • Promote a proactive, safety-first culture across all levels of the organization

Qualifications

  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

  • 2+ years of safety experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting

  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and general industry safety standards

  • Strong communication and training skills with the ability to connect with diverse teams

  • Ability to travel between regional facilities as needed

  • OSHA 30-hour (General Industry) certification preferred

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or related field preferred

Work Environment

This is a hands-on role that requires regular presence on the manufacturing floor. Candidates must be comfortable working in industrial environments and engaging with both line employees and management.
