Job Description

GPAC is partnering with a highly-regarded PK-6th Grade school in Minneapolis to identify their next Math Instructional Coach.

Position Summary 

The Math Instructional Coach will support teachers as they work to improve their instructional practice and help students understand and apply mathematics concepts. Candidates with experience modeling and coaching what effective teaching practice looks like within the classroom, including data based decision making, curriculum use and lesson planning cycle are strongly encouraged to apply. This position's duties will additionally include participating in hiring of new academic staff and performance evaluation / review.

Minimum Requirements

  • 10+ years teaching and/or instructional leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Current Minnesota teaching license in content area / grade levels
