The Opportunity

As an Account Manager, you will be a crucial point of contact for our valued insureds and carriers. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client accounts, and proactively identifying opportunities for business expansion. This role requires strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Underwrite new and renewal business submissions, determining the suitability of risks and ensuring proper pricing levels in collaboration with underwriters.
  • Communicate effectively with insurance carriers and clients to resolve coverage inquiries, policy issues, and other client-related concerns.
  • Provide superior customer service to insureds in a proactive and timely fashion, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Actively identify new opportunities for business growth through consistent communication, needs assessment, and proactive engagement with insureds.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance overall operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

What You Bring

  • Required Qualifications:
    • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with a positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex information clearly and professionally.
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a genuine focus on client satisfaction.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 2 years of Property and Casualty insurance experience.
    • Multilingual abilities (e.g., Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese) are a significant plus, enabling us to better serve our diverse client base.
