What We're Looking For In A RN MDS Coordinator :

  • Active RN License: From an accredited institution.
  • Experience: At least two years in long-term care and one year in MDS assessments.
  • MDS Expertise: Strong understanding of the MDS process.
  • Communication Skills: Effective interaction with team members, residents, families, and visitors.
