Professional Land Surveyor – Lead Projects from Field to Finish
Location: Within 1 hour of Fort Wayne, IN | Full-Time | On-Site Salary Range: $80,000 – $110,000, plus incentive-based profit sharing

What You’ll Do:
Lead field survey operations: boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction staking
Draft plats, prepare legal descriptions, and review survey deliverables
Coordinate closely with engineering and construction teams
Operate and manage GPS/robotic total station equipment
Ensure compliance with state standards and project specifications
What You Bring:
Active Indiana PLS license (or ability to obtain in the near term)
5+ years of land surveying experience, including field and office work
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and modern survey technology
Strong understanding of property boundaries, legal documentation, and construction layout
Ability to lead crews, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $80,000 – $110,000, based on experience and licensure
