An award-winning, industry-leading contractor is seeking a Bilingual Commercial Waterproofing Superintendent to oversee high-profile commercial waterproofing projects, lead in-house crews, and coordinate subcontractors when needed.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on Bilingual Commercial Waterproofing Superintendent who takes pride in quality workmanship, jobsite safety, and developing strong field teams.
Lead commercial waterproofing projects from mobilization through successful completion.
Supervise, mentor, and develop in-house waterproofing crews.
Coordinate and manage occasional subcontractors.
Maintain project schedules, quality standards, and productivity goals.
Ensure all work complies with manufacturer specifications and project requirements.
Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA requirements.
Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and jobsite logistics.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, inspectors, and general contractors.
Train and develop field personnel to create future company leaders.
Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.
Represent the company professionally on every project.
Between 3 and 15 years of experience as a Commercial Waterproofing Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or Waterproofing Foreman.
Fluent in English and Spanish—bilingual ability is required.
Proven experience managing commercial waterproofing crews.
Ability to supervise both self-performing employees and occasional subcontractors.
Strong knowledge of:
Above-grade waterproofing systems
Air barriers
Fluid-applied membranes
Sheet membranes
Expansion joints
Joint sealants
Traffic coatings
Building-envelope systems
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Working knowledge of OSHA requirements and a commitment to jobsite safety.
Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and project schedules.
