Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our Engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on product quality and manufacturing efficiency, with clear potential to grow into a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or support engineering projects from concept through implementation

  • Support product design with a focus on manufacturability and production methods

  • Collaborate with design and production teams to transition products into manufacturing

  • Troubleshoot production issues and support root cause analysis

  • Analyze data to identify process and quality improvement opportunities

  • Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Background in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering with hands-on production experience

  • Strong understanding of machining, welding, fabrication, and assembly

  • Self-motivated problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset

  • Strong analytical and collaboration skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)

  • CAD experience (SolidWorks preferred); Lean/ERP experience a plus
