Position: Family Law Associate Attorney
Location: White Plains, NY (On-site)

The firm is seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney with at least 3 years of family law experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent motion practice and strong writing skills, with bonus consideration for those who bring trial experience.

This role offers the opportunity to handle a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and related proceedings, while working in a team-oriented, client-focused practice.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the New York Bar (highly preferred; open to NJ or CT)
  • Minimum of 3 years of family law experience
  • Strong legal writing, research, and motion practice skills
  • Trial experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and client relations skills
  • Ability to manage caseload with attention to detail and empathy
