The HVAC Operations Manager is responsible for managing safety, customer and employee satisfaction, profits, sales/growth, project management, and developing future leaders within the company. 

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in Commercial HVAC estimating / project management / operations
• Oversee the estimation of the cost of HVAC projects, preparing cost estimates, reviewing project plans and specifications, researching products and materials, reading blueprints, evaluating bids, and preparing proposals
• Remain up to date on current industry trends in order to stay competitive
• Communicate effectively with customers, sales team, safety team, and other internal departments to ensure each project is delivered as promised
• Understand energy codes and specifications that may affect each project
• Ensure that projects are on time, within budget, and meet client standards
