Description: Are you passionate about sales and building lasting relationships? We’re seeking a Business Technology Consultant / Outside Sales professional to join a dynamic and growing team in the Lincoln area. This role offers the chance to empower businesses with cutting-edge content management, document automation, and information security solutions, helping clients optimize workflows, boost productivity, and secure their data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients using a consultative sales approach.
  • Identify new business opportunities while nurturing existing client accounts.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to craft strategic sales plans.
  • Present and promote tailored technology solutions to meet client needs.
  • Stay current with product and industry developments through ongoing training.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Pay + Commissions: 1st Year Average: $55k - $75k | 2nd Year Average: $80k+
  • Quarterly bonuses and a protected territory.
  • Consistent Monday-Friday schedule (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.).

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven success in outside B2B sales with the ability to meet and exceed goals.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Technical aptitude and proficiency with CRM/ERP systems.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business is preferred.

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain auto insurance coverage.
  • Basic technology skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry products such as printers and scanners.
