Welding Supervisor

Salary: $80,000–$100,000, based on experience

We’re looking for a hands-on Welding Supervisor to lead fabrication and packaging operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency from cut to box. This role is ideal for someone with 4–5+ years of experience, including supervisory or management experience in fabrication environments, and structural steel or heavy plate experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead cutting, trim, welding, packaging, scaling, sealing, and box house operations

• Enforce safety, quality, and efficiency standards

• Coach and support Leads and Supervisors

• Ensure accurate make sheets and maximize yield

• Identify and resolve equipment or workflow issues

• Evaluate and develop employee skills

Requirements:

• 4–5+ years in fabrication/production operations

• Supervisory/management experience required

• Structural steel and/or heavy plate experience

• Strong safety and quality focus

• Proven leadership in fast-paced environments
