Senior Superintendent - Production Home Builder

- Quality Assurance: Maintain strict quality control measures, conducting inspections and addressing any construction-related issues promptly.
- Communication Skills: Effectively collaborate with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and address concerns.
- Budget & Schedule Adherence: Ensure projects stay within budget constraints and adhere to timelines, proactively mitigating delays and cost overruns.
- Problem Solver: Identify challenges and provide innovative solutions to enhance productivity and deliver exceptional results.
- Safety Champion: Champion safety protocols, ensuring a secure working environment for all team members and adherence to OSHA regulations.
- Construction Expertise: Proficient in interpreting blueprints, understanding building codes, and implementing best practices in the construction industry.
- Customer Satisfaction: Focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations, delivering homes of superior craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in residential construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- BuilderTrend experience!!!!!!
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to foster a collaborative and positive work culture.
