Commercial Litigation Attorney: High-Value Business Disputes with Hybrid Flexibility in Tampa

Our client, a well-established Florida litigation firm, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its Tampa office. The team represents businesses, lenders, and owners in contract, fiduciary duty, shareholder, non-compete, and business tort disputes in state and federal courts throughout the region.

This is a hybrid position. You will divide your week between the Tampa office and working from home.

What You'll Do

• Manage commercial cases from initial assessment through trial, arbitration, or resolution
• Draft complaints, answers, dispositive motions, and appellate-quality briefs
• Lead written discovery and take and defend depositions
• Prepare clients and witnesses for hearings, mediations, and trial
• Collaborate with partners on case strategy, budgets, and client updates

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of commercial or business litigation experience
• Excellent legal research and persuasive writing skills
• Confidence handling hearings and depositions independently
• Comfort working on a hybrid schedule
