Transportation Sales Executive – Third Party Logistics

We’re seeking an experienced Transportation Sales Executive to drive new business growth across our national 3rd Party logistics Network. This is your opportunity to join a well-established, rapidly expanding 3PL provider known for reliability, innovation, and exceptional customer service the is owned and opperated by freight brokers who came into the business the same way you did and know what support is needed to succeed in this business.

About the Role

As a key member of our sales team, you’ll develop and manage strategic customer relationships while delivering customized logistics solutions fort all modes of transporting freight. You’ll have the autonomy to build off your existing relationships and grow your portfolio with the support of a proven operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success to be sure you a free to do what you do best as a hunter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business within Domestic and Internationsl 3PL markets (TL/LTL/TEMP CONTROL/IMDL/FLAT/OCEAN/AIR).

  • Serve as the main point of contact for national accounts, managing end-to-end customer relationships.

  • Design tailored freight and pricing solutions to secure and keep business

  • Partner closely with internal operations and carrier partners to ensure on-time, compliant delivery.

  • Stay informed manage lead Pipeline and proactively identify emerging opportunities.

  • Contribute to strategic sales planning, forecasting, and special initiatives.

  • Travel up to 10–15% to support key customer engagements and relationship growth.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics or transportation sales within a 3PL or asset-based environment.

  • Hands-on experience managing the art of moving freight.

  • Proven success overseeing or contributing to a $2MM+ book of business.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

  • High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivelent experience in logisitcs managment
