Commercial Roofing EstimatorAre you a skilled Commercial Roofing Estimator looking for an opportunity with competitive pay, strong benefits, and an aggressive commission structure? Our client, a leading commercial roofing company, is seeking an experienced estimator to join their team.Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate estimates for commercial roofing projects ranging from $3M to $10M in awarded bids per year.
• Specialize in flat roofing systems such as TPO, EPDM, and PVC, with additional experience in metal, built-up, and large-scale commercial shingle roofs.
• Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and site conditions to develop precise cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure competitive and profitable bids.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best pricing.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Estimator, with a strong track record of awarded bids.
• Knowledge of various commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 (based on experience)
• Aggressive commission plan
