One of my top clients is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Clinical Operations to oversee our skilled nursing facilities in the Fresno, California area. MUST HAVE RN LICENSE AND SNF EXPERIENCE NO EXCEPTIONS.

About the Role:

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the overall clinical operations of my client’s skilled nursing facilities. You will provide strategic direction, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive clinical excellence across all facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily clinical operations of all assigned skilled nursing facilities.
• Lead and develop a team of clinical professionals, including nurses, therapists, and social workers.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including conducting mock surveys.
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Partner with facility administrators and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Represent the organization at industry events and meetings.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in skilled nursing operations, with a strong understanding of the industry.
• Prior Director of Nursing (DON) experience highly preferred.
• Solid track record of success in improving patient care outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
