We're seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience as a administrative assisant or office assistant. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; no college degree is necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and email
  • Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
  • Typing up proposals and reviewing contracts
  • Following up on signatures and status updates using Monday.com
  • Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
  • Creating and organizing job folders online
  • Performing data entry tasks
  • Filing and related office duties
  • Ordering insurance for each job

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or office assistant
  • Construction background preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in MS Office or equivalent software
  • Computer and email savvy
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Spanish proficiency a major plus
