Location: Either Iowa (Des Moines/Cedar Rapids) or Nebraska (Omaha/Lincoln)
Role: We’re seeking a Scheduler/Project Controls Specialist to develop and maintain project schedules, assist cost‐control reporting, analyze trends and support our commercial/industrial construction teams (wastewater plants, industrial facilities, large general construction).
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain master project schedules (MS Project, Primavera P6, etc.).
Update progress, analyze delays/impacts, communicate schedule status to PMs and Supers.
Assist cost tracking, forecasting, earned-value metrics, change order impacts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
3‐7 years scheduling/project controls experience in commercial/industrial construction.
Strong software skills (MS Project, P6, Excel), analytical mindset.
