Our Pittsburgh-based litigation team is actively seeking a mid-level Securities Attorney (3–7 years) to join a high-performing group focused exclusively on complex federal securities class actions. This is not a back-office role — you will be hands-on, strategic, and deeply involved in high-stakes litigation from day one.
You will work on major cases against FAANG companies, national banks, oil conglomerates, and crypto exchanges, prosecuting claims under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
