Key Responsibilities
- Loan Origination and Management: Develop and manage a robust pipeline of USDA loans, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all loans adhere to USDA guidelines and regulations, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service throughout the loan process, addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Goal Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed production goals, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 6 years of experience in USDA lending.
- Proven Success: Documented track record of producing a minimum of $50MM in USDA loans annually.
- Expert Knowledge: In-depth understanding of USDA loan programs and guidelines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
