Job Description

• Handle employment law matters from intake to resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memorandaParticipate in client meetings, hearings, and mediations
• Provide guidance and advice on employment compliance and disputes
• Collaborate with colleagues across cases and offices

Qualifications

• California Bar license in good standing
• 2+ years of employment law experience preferred
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently while working within a team
