💼 Compensation: $60,000 – $200,000 (Base + Commission)

My team and I are working with a firm dedicated to building the premier accounting firm servicing cannabis businesses across the tri-state area. They are a dynamic, high-performing team committed to growth and excellence. As they continue to expand, they are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to help drive their business forward with the right clientele.

Position Overview:
The Sales Coordinator will support the Client Relationship Manager in maximizing business opportunities and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive professional who excels at lead generation, client relationship management, and sales execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the company’s expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Client Relationship Manager in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the cannabis industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Assist in managing sales pipelines and achieving weekly/monthly targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and customer needs.
  • Coordinate networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy and manage sales-related administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with brand initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in sales, preferably in professional services, with proven success in achieving sales targets.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the cannabis industry is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work independently and travel (up to 25%).
  • Results-Driven: Proven track record of meeting quotas and closing deals.
  • Education: Relevant tertiary qualification in business, management, or a related field (preferred).
