We’re partnering with a well-established, respected building materials organization in West Madison to find a professional, energetic, and people-focused Front Desk & Office Coordinator.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing
No two days are the same — and that’s part of what makes this role rewarding.
Managing an 8-line phone system in a fast-paced office
Greeting customers and creating a welcoming, professional first impression
Supporting accounting and office operations with data entry and light bookkeeping tasks
Processing mail and maintaining clean, organized office systems
Helping keep the showroom organized, presentable, and customer-ready
Supporting the Accounting Manager and leadership team with day-to-day administrative needs
🎯 What We’re Looking For
We’re hiring for attitude, reliability, and growth potential — skills can be trained.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Friendly, professional, and customer-service driven
Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
Bookkeeping experience is a strong plus (construction, LBM, or commercial environments preferred)
Professional appearance and strong verbal communication skills

💰 Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $35,000 – $55,000
Target First-Year Compensation: ~$45,000
