Are you an experienced leader in the agricultural industry ready to take the next step in your career? We are partnering with a well-established, employee-focused Ag Equipment company to identify a Location Manager to lead one of their key branch operations.

This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing a team of approximately 15 employees, including local service technicians and sales representatives. The ideal candidate brings proven management experience within the agricultural industry and a passion for developing teams while serving local producers.


Position Overview

As the Location Manager, you will serve as the face of the company within the local agricultural community. You will be responsible for leading daily operations, supporting sales growth, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and fostering strong relationships with customers.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can mentor, train, and motivate a team while maintaining strong client-facing engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15 service and sales professionals

  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability

  • Drive customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with local ag producers

  • Support and collaborate with sales and service teams to achieve revenue goals

  • Implement training initiatives to improve team performance and technical expertise

  • Maintain accountability for operational performance and team culture


Qualifications

  • Management experience within the agricultural industry (Ag equipment, dealership, agronomy, or related field preferred)

  • Proven leadership experience overseeing service and/or sales teams

  • Strong customer-facing skills and ability to build trust within the local ag community

  • Operational mindset with the ability to balance people leadership and business results

  • Passion for agriculture and supporting local producers


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $100,000 – $125,000
