Electrical Project Manager - Multi-Family & Commercial (Phoenix, AZ)

One of our top clients is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Electrical Project Manager to join our growing team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will play a key role in the successful execution of electrical projects for multi-family and commercial developments. You will be responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning to final commissioning.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of assigned electrical projects, including budget, schedule, and quality.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and ensure timely completion.
  • Oversee electrical system design, material procurement, and installation.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Ensure all work complies with applicable codes and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment for electrical team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical project management for multi-family and/or commercial construction.
  • Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Valid Arizona driver's license.
