One of our top clients is seeking a board-certified plastic surgeon to join our growing team. This exciting position offers a unique blend of reconstructive and cosmetic surgery, allowing you to utilize your expertise in both areas.

About the Position:

• Provide a full spectrum of reconstructive surgery, with a focus on microvascular surgery (preferred).
• Perform a variety of cosmetic procedures one day per week at our Murrieta office.
• Maintain a high standard of patient care and surgical outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS).
• Fellowship training in microvascular surgery a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Excellent surgical skills and a strong commitment to patient safety.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $400,000 - $500,000
• $450,000 base salary
• 40% production bonus on all cosmetic procedures
• On-call pay: $800 per night
• New grads: $400,000 base salary with bonus potential
