One of my top clients is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall success of assigned commercial and industrial electrical projects, with a value ranging from $1 million to $20 million. You will lead a team of professionals, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects, from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Lead and collaborate with a team of engineers, electricians, and subcontractors.
• Ensure all projects meet electrical codes and industry standards.
• Manage project risks and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment.
• Conduct project reviews and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years (10 years for Senior PM) of experience in electrical project management for commercial and/or industrial projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes and standards (NFPA 70E, etc.).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other relevant project management software.
